LEARN HOW
DPC Works
At Victory Medical in Buckeye, Arizona, we believe healthcare should be simple, accessible, and centered around the patient–provider relationship. Our Direct Pay Primary Care model removes many of the barriers created by traditional insurance systems, allowing patients to receive high-quality care through a straightforward membership structure.
Our Approach
Through our Direct Pay Primary Care model, Victory Medical members receive comprehensive access to their provider and a healthcare experience designed around convenience and continuity of care.
Membership benefits include:
- Extended, unrushed office visits
- Same-day or next-day appointments when available
- Virtual visits when appropriate
- Convenient communication through phone, text, or email
- Direct access to your healthcare provider
Because we intentionally limit the number of patients we care for, Sara Brandal, FNP-C is able to spend the time necessary to truly understand each patient’s health history, lifestyle, and goals. This allows us to deliver care that is proactive, personalized, and focused on long-term wellness.
By removing the complexity of insurance billing, the Direct Pay model also eliminates many of the frustrations patients experience with traditional healthcare, such as co-pays, deductibles, and administrative hurdles. Patients also gain access to more affordable options for services such as laboratory testing, medications, and imaging when available.

Addressing The Root Causes Of Disease
Our care philosophy emphasizes:
- Personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient
- Identifying and addressing root causes of health concerns
- A holistic view of health and wellness
- Preventive care and lifestyle optimization
- Integrating modern medical treatments with long-term wellness strategies
Sara Brandal, FNP-C has extensive experience managing a wide range of health conditions, including metabolic dysfunction, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hormonal changes related to aging, and weight management. By focusing on prevention and early intervention, our goal is to help patients feel better today while protecting their health for the future.
